Horsley Woodhouse Pre-School follows the same curriculum as LEA nurseries in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, with the focus on play-based activities. We are regulated by Ofsted and work closely with the Early Years Partnership and The Pre-School Learning Alliance.

Our sessions are planned to cover all areas of the curriculum and to provide equal opportunities for the children attending. Further details can be found in our Pre-School Prospectus. Learning through play will prepare your child for the future giving them a head start in life.

Our Pre-School runs in accordance with policies and procedures as set out by The Pre-School Learning Alliance and our own parent committee. These policies cover a wide range of topics including Health and Safety, Employment, Child Protection, Equal Opportunities and Complaints. A full copy of these policies and procedures is available for parents/carers to read at any time.
